Call to Order: 10:31 a.m.

• Student Ethnic Minority Affairs: Workshops for cultural diversity and understanding, raise money for ethnic minority scholarships workshop and create a survey to collect data on minority concerns.
  
  
• Conference: Fall Leadership theme is to be "Taking a Stand…Changing the Times!" The conference is scheduled on November 4-6, 2005 at the Wyndham Anaheim Park hotel (formerly Anaheim Park Hotel) in Fullerton.
  
  
• Membership: Opening Classrooms, Podcasting, conducting campus visitations
  
  
• Student Political Action: Talked about all initiatives, designed Palm Cards to be passed out to SCTA members, endorsed all of the Alliances for a Better California recommendations on the special election initiatives.
  
  
• Community Outreach: Began collecting toiletries for community outreach.
  
  
• Special Services: Decided on the questions for the Herb Forman and Ed Romeo SCTA scholarships.
  
  
• Special Services: E-board trained and informed in "Talking Points" for Prop 74.
