Meet Julie C.D. Meyer-Houston

CTA State Council Representative - Sonoma State University

Julie's Abridged Biography:

An Independence Day feminist born and raised in San Francisco, Julie is a choreographer, singer, activist, visionary, educator, and world citizen.

Currently living in sunny Vallejo, near the cool breezes of the Carquinez Strait, Julie is the mother of three handsome, talented, and intelligent sons: Wm. Antony ("Woozie"), Joshua-Matthew ("Wuggles"), and Jon-Thomas ("Bubby"). She is married to an incredible, wondrous, and loving Humanities Professor, Dajarah (which translates to "Awakening to the Healing Power of Love").

The qualities of Discovery, Harmony, Integrity, Egalitarianism, and Mothering are so important to her that she renamed herself, "DHIEM."
