Maestro de CTA #1: Los primeros maestros son los padres y familiares. Cuando le mostramos a los hijos que nos importa su progreso, ellos se esfuerzan más.
 
Maestro de CTA #2: El éxito nace de la colaboración entre padres y maestros.  Al niño le beneficia que la familia asista a las conferencias con los maestros, para saber cómo funciona la clase y estar al tanto de su progreso.
 
Maestro de CTA #3: Y las tareas. Los niños que hacen sus tareas y estudian para los exámenes, aprovechan mucho más la escuela. Las familias pueden ayudarlos apartando una hora fija para estudiar en un lugar tranquilo.

David Sanchez: I'm David Sanchez, Vice President of the California Teachers Association.  Kids do best when families, teachers and students work together as a team. Here are some tips from public school teachers on how families can help their child succeed.
 
CTA Teacher #1:  A child's first teachers are their parents and family members.  Show your children that their progress in school is important to you, they will try harder.
 
CTA Teacher #2: Success is a product of collaboration between parent and teachers. A child will benefit when parents attend conferences with teachers, understand how the classroom Works, and keep track of their progress.
 
CTA Teacher #3: And their homework.  Children who do their homework and study for exams do better in school.  Families can help by setting a fixed time for homework in a quiet place.
 
David Sanchez: As this new school year begins, let's pitch in together to give every child their best chance for success.
