This list of legislation (link at bottom of page) includes positions adopted by the CTA State Council of Education. These bills start with the new legislative session 2004 and begin with the January 2004 State Council.

The initials following each bill refer to the CTA State Council Committee that has primary jurisdiction over the measure (e.g., FPE) and the initials of the legislative advocate working the measure (e.g., EL).
