The cost of the three-day training is significantly less than other interest-based bargaining training programs. Expenses vary according to the choice of training facility and quality of meals and snacks. Responsibility for the costs and the reproduction of training materials ($15 per participant) is jointly determined by the district and the local association. CTA chapters incur no expenses for CTA trainers. School districts pay the expenses and fees of district trainers.
