CTA's four regional offices provide assistance with chapter organization, including leadership development; liaison with chapters; development of communications systems among members, leaders and the community; identification and development of local issues; assistance with chapter bargaining, including processing of unfair practice charges and chapter recognition status; assistance with servicing Legal Services Program for chapters and members; consultation to the Service Center Councils; and staffing and funding of local service option programs.
