Headed by the executive director and the deputy executive director, the Management Division provides for assistance to CTA executive officers, Board of Directors and other governance groups in the formulation of goals, objectives and policies in accordance with the needs and desires of CTA membership; planning and execution of governance-directed programs designed to fulfill CTA goals and objectives; coordination and direction of all staff activities; and legal assistance to the Association when CTA is defendant or plaintiff, including matters between the Association and its employees.  The Division includes the Human Resources Management, Community Outreach and Integrated Systems and Strategies Departments, as well as the four regional offices and associated and affiliated organizations.
