The Human Resources Management Department, located in Burlingame, provides for coordination of employee and labor relations; development and maintenance of systematic records of personnel policy, employee performance and personnel files; coordination of affirmative action, staff intern and staff UniServ training programs; coordination of employee recruitment/selection process; coordination of employee benefits and retirement programs; assistance to management and staff with employee training and development; and counseling and coaching services to management.
